Peru is first and foremost a country to visit for all wave loving kitesurers. Mancora and Pacasmayo are popular spots.The wind season is long and the waves are generally not too extreme, but still long and clean to suit all levels. Down South, Paracas offers flat water in a sheltered bay.

The wind season around Paracas is thermal and aligned with Peru’s summer months, whereas the season up North is better from April through December. In the low season there is still wind, but lighter and less consistent.
